Aspiring Home Buyers
We are committed to helping aspiring UK home buyers get on the property ladder.
The structure is simple: a tenant rents one of our houses for a set period of time (usually 5-7 years) and during that time they pay a small amount more in rent per month. This allows the tenant to build up the deposit needed to purchase the home when the tenancy period ends.
